Josiah (age 6): "At school today, we learned about the King."
Me: "The King?"
Josiah: "Ya, Marvin Luter King. Did you know they made people with brown skin drink different water and sit in the back?"
Me: "Yes. That's sad, isn't it?"
Josiah: "Ya. But the King changed that!"
Me: "Yes he did!"
Josiah: "What if someone makes my sister sit in the back 'cuz she has brown skin?"
Me: "Well, that's why she has you. Big brothers protect their sisters."
Josiah: "Yup. That's what I'll do. 'Cuz Marvin Luter King changed things."
