Are you leading courageously into January? No one will ever follow you down the street if you're carrying a banner that says, 'Onward toward mediocrity.'
If God is telling you to do something for Him, what worries could you possibly have? If He can utterly conquer decay and destruction, and He is the One telling you to take this courageous step of faith, put all your chips on Him, not the phantom unknowns!
Reject momentary indecision paralysis; trust the Ancient of Days.
Lead toward the cliff. And then jump. Because that's what leaders do.
And the people you are leading are waiting for you to jump first.
