"When you don't know what you believe,
everything becomes an argument.
Everything is debatable.
But when you stand for something, decisions are obvious."
- ReWork, p.44
Our Staff is reading through ReWork together this month.
Loved this nugget from the Draw a Line in the Sand section.
Owning our vision makes decisions obvious:
Do we need a new program?
Should we funnel money to this project?
Are we managing time wisely?
Every question filters through our church's vision.
Which helps make the answer obvious.
I heard Andy Stanley once say, "Leadership isn't about making the decisions, its courageously owning the decisions once they're made."
True.
And resting in God's vision makes the ownership
stewardship of the decision that much easier.
